HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

REVIEW PRODUCTS AND REQUEST A QUOTE

QUOTATION, ACCEPTANCE, ART REVIEW AND PAYMENT

All products are available in custom print (except cutlery/ straws/ lids) with MOQ of 10,000 units.

Once you have determined your range of products required; REQUEST A QUOTE to get started.

Be as thorough as possible to help us proceed as quickly as possible.

We will review your order request and provide a written quotation as quickly as possible including shipping.

After accepting the quotation, you will then need to send us your artwork for your products.

This will then be sent to our artwork team and proofs will be returned to you for approval.

Once artwork approval and payment is received, we will endeavour to produce and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders take between 5-7 weeks from approval and payment to delivery.

DELIVERY

Once products arrive in the UK, they will be inspected by our team for artwork accuracy, quality and order size to guarantee full satisfaction.

We will then contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery.
